Our Business Office will verify your benefits prior to surgery and submit insurance claims on your behalf. A Business Office representative will contact you prior to your date of surgery to discuss your estimate for your planned surgery. Any unmet deductible amounts in addition to co-pays and/or insurance co-insurance amounts must be paid before your date of surgery. Remaining balances due after insurance payments must be paid in full within sixty (60) days.

Self-pay patients for elective, cosmetic and non-insured surgical procedures must be paid 100% of the total estimated facility and anesthesia charges on or before the date of surgery. If the payment is made on the date of surgery, payment must be made by cash or credit card that is verified.
